Wow – what totally unprecedented times for our modern world, huh?! And even as many regions of the globe slowly wake back up, much of our daily life continues to be impacted. As a small business, we are dealing with the effects of the pandemic the best we can. Sadly though, we have been affected. Firstly, we’ve had to delay publishing our next volume until we can again safely create content. And secondly, delivery times of customer orders continue to be delayed.
As tirelessly as our fulfilment partner is working, unfortunately at this time, they aren’t able to offer same-day dispatch due to social distancing measures and fewer warehouse staff to conform with official guidance and to keep their staff members safe. Additionally, couriers and postal services are experiencing their own delays, and for some international destinations, it is currently not possible to send via air – orders are being sent via sea freight.
We thank you greatly for your patience as we work to get your orders out to you as quickly as possible, and we ask that you please accommodate for delivery delays before reaching out to us – 7 days for UK orders and 21 days for international orders, however some locations it may be longer still. Even as things gradually return to normal, it will take a while for postal services to work through the backlog and resume normal service. We are extremely thankful to the postpeople and delivery workers who are among the cohort of heroes keeping our society running during this difficult time.
